A Little Background
Team FnX is a community of gamers collectively competeing in many different areas in amateur gaming. We believe 100% in clean CLEAN competitive games, and we will not tolerate cheating in any way shape or form.

We are a mature team with ALL our members aged 20+. If you don't meet this minimum requirement, please do not apply.

Here is a list of additional questions you should ask yourself before applying...

FnX Application Guidelines
1) Can I listen to orders and execute gameplans? In FnX we have no room for showboats and rambos.
2) Can I be a team player, who is willing to sacrifice his own kill counts for the better progression of the overall team?
3) Will I be able to show respect to exisiting members and members of the gaming community, AT ALL TIMES?
4) Am I a drama llama? Can I keep drama to a minimum and co-exist in a team without being the center of attention at all times?
5) Can I communicate clearly in english, and do I have a microphone or the ability to get one?
6) Can I control my anger and disappointment, and not let it get the better of me during matches?
7) Am I able to hear others accessively swearing, joking around, and just hanging out without getting all uptight?

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY:

7) Will I be an exceptional ambassador for the FNX name and for my fellow teammates? When I play or communicate with anyone I speak and act for the entire team, and will therefore conduct myself in a way that is respectful to my teammates and our team. I will not drag us into petty bullshit and conflicts over immature acts.

If you answered YES to all those questions, then please submit your application. Our application process is entirely open ended. If we like your app, we will invite you to hang around with us, and join us on teamspeak. If we like what we see, both personally and as a gamer, we will ask you to become and FnX Recruit. Recruits are basically the same as other members of the team can match with us in certain matches if we are currently competing...

Be willing to put in the time
You could end up being a recruit for a day, or for a year. It's entirely up to our members to evaluate you, which may be a lengthy process. If we eventually think you are a good fit for our organization, we will extend an invitation to become a member. Until that time, however, you will simply be evaluated, and an invitation will be extended when we feel you would make a solid addition to our squad. As a member you have full rights in the team and the backing of every member of FnX. You also have the option to join us in matches, and visit private areas of our site. Therefore, it is not a decision we take lightly, so be ready to exercise some patience.

Make sure you're serious
Once you join and quit, you quit for life. So make sure you don't leave us hastily, as we do not reaccept members who have previously left the fold. It is our opinion that new members are a significant investment for ALL members of FnX in teaching gameplay strategies and finding a position for them in our roster. If you choose to walk away, we will not waste our time on you again.

While our recruiting policy may seem strict, it has allowed us to build a close knit community of gamers and an atomosphere of collaboration and teamwork that most teams are unable to duplicate. We also consistantly rank high on every ladder in which we compete which is a direct result of the quality of players that fill out our roster. If, after reading all of this, you feel FnX is still the right place for you, submit a post in our forums and we will proceed with your application.

Make sure you're free
Unfortunately, we do not accept applications from members who are currently on the roster of another team. If you are serious about joining us, please leave your current team prior to applying to join ours. This way, you can show us your level of commitment without dragging us into a feud with your previous organization.
